I also recommend South Horizons. It really a place for "living", plenty facilities for kids but not 旺雜 at all. My sister's family live there, they even get the annual pass of the Ocean Park and treat it like their kids playground (go every week).
Don't worry that the school net is not good as 41, in fact many kids living there study in Central & Western District (St. Paul, Kau Yan) or Wanchai (St Joeseph, Wah Yan).
My case is definitely the same as 猴子爸, I used to like in Taipo after marry. Since last August, my girl was borned and I decided to move. I choose South Horizons because my family are here and it's convenience. Most important, the facility are excellent. I like taking a walk with my girl after dinner. My place is facing the sea, the air is good and since we had moved, our health is better!
