I do. well, you can talk to the sale and she will tell you the best product which suitable you.
For me, as she told me, my milk glands were not developed well. In general, most of moms have more than 5 milk glands at each nipple. (you can count no. of glands while expressing milk.) unfortunately, I did not have enough. Thus, she suggested me to take goast rue and more milk plus.
at the beginning, there was no dramatical change. but when you work hard on pumping and feeding, you will find the volumn will increase gradually.
