米糊d盒上面好多都寫四個月後
健康院話六個月先好食...

我就差唔多五個半月開始試餵, 食左個幾星期之後先會代替晒一餐奶

6 months and above is the new guideline from WHO. This is to reduce the chances of allergies to babies. It was 4 months old before.

Citrus fruit should be introduced after the baby is 1 to avoid allergy.
