Need some urgent help. My maid will take annual leaves for 4 days. She said she will stay at hotel with her cousins visiting her and will not return home for night. What's the labour law said? Any advice?
I told her I need to check what's in the labour law as I think if she's in HK, she's supposed to stay at employer's accomodation at night to ensure her safety. Please advise!!!
Many thanks for your reply. Headache la... my husband said if my maid insisted on staying overnight outside, he will ask the maid to sign a letter saying that we employer are not responsible for her safety or whatsoever during her stay overnight wow.
