依家心情有啲anxious呀,我每次一有啲重要事發生就會咁,好不安咁。但過左就冇事架喇。我自己做任何事都係(e.g. school assignment etc),永遠覺得起頭係最難嘅,但一開始咗第一步就冇問題架喇
呢兩日煲咗薏米水諗住去下水,冇磅過所以唔知有冇輕左,但感覺上覺得自己冇咁腫呀
今日趁仲可以食下啲好味野,就請左我公司兩個assistant食lunch,去左間cafe食西式set lunch.
言談間,原來assistant A(三十頭歲,已結婚,瘦)每日食嘅野係:早餐:一杯即沖麥皮,午餐:一個包(美心嗰啲,一般size大),晚:求求其其自己煮,抄肉片咁。其他時間including afternoon係冇零食,咩都冇。Assistant B(二十頭,少少baby fat)仲勁,唔知佢早餐食咩,但佢係唔洗食lunch,office hour係唔洗食野,no snacks, no fruit, not even crackers,放工就反屋企dinner。佢話唔肚餓喎,但我唔信囉,可能想減肥啫。今日同佢地lunch,佢地都未飲晒個餐湯就話飽,我心諗,真定假呀。。。好彩佢地都有食main course咋,如果唔係waste my money ar …
