all medical check-up needs dr. referral! if you can find a lab which can do the check-up for you without referral letter, then.. it's illegal!
of coz, some of those lab is own by a dr., then, it's ok~

Do you mean checking the blood level, 肝功能, 腎功能, 心電圖..之類, I think doctor referrel is not required for usual body check-up. Last time, I went to 香港體檢 (at Jordan). They offered a package which cost around HK$630. The package covers basic check-up. However, the package does not include 甲臟腺 and 高、低密度膽固醇 which I think are also important to me.
Many 醫療集團 can also provide the service. Or you can compare with esdlife.

this is the grey zone
these companies you memtioned should have its own dr. as referral, but you may or may not see the dr.

and actually, if you are asking "lab" then, these are not laboratory, but a medical group with all sort of medical service~
