My Indonesia maid's contract will be expired in late May. My mother-in-law decided to find another new one as this maid shows black face and shouts back to her. For my point of view, my mother-in-law stays with the maid for the whole day, though the maid's hard working and kind to my baby satify me, I just follow my mother-in-law's instruction and just find a new one.
I know the maid may want to find a new employer in HK, I plan to find an overseas grand new one from agent in late January. But I'm not sure when is the best time to tell this maid she can prepare to find a new employer but would not affect her work quality at my home before she leaves. In the past, my maids always left on their own wills before contract expired, so I just gave them one month notice, so both were prepared the leaving.
