1. If the printer is being connected to one of the computer, and that computer is always on, then the simplest way is to go to "Control Panel", Click "rinter" and then click "Sharing".
2. If you want to share the printer via LAN, then check whether your HUB/Router has printer server function or not. If yes, read the router manual and DIY. Otherwise you need to buy a print server. Note that some laser printers already have LAN card installed, so just connect the printer to the router directly.
