想請教一下:
我父母於2003年和弟妹一起land左(我冇份因為當時巳over 21歲), 父母get green card後便回港. 我母親當時是以green card(美國居民)申請(未婚成年子女)我的. 由於父母能時常往返US, 所以於2008年決定放棄green card, 轉為muti-tourist visa, 並於香港美國領事館完成此手續.

-現在我收到US National Visa Center既信,話叫我填張叫Choice of Agent and Address form, 以我理解內容大慨係叫我提供一個美國既地址(可以係親戚/fd/agent...),簽名後寄返去比佢, After 4-6weeks, my agent wl receive those forms & instructions. Then I need to notify the National Visa Center at the agent add, and they will send me another packet, then pass to U.S Embassy for further processing.

-But I think the US national Visa ctr dun know my family status have been changed:
1/ Now I hv been married and with 2 little daughter(18mth, 2.5yrs).
2/ My my parent now is not US resident anymore.
3/ Only my sis & bro they are still Us resident, they can apply for citizen now, but just lazy to do it.

-我記得以前我父母收到呢張 Choice of Agent and address form, 冇幾耐就揾d美國親戚做擔保,跟住body check,等見領事...around 1.5yr 就land左喇.

-唔知道當領事知道我以上既情況, 會唔會取消埋個申請呢? 又或是再排過呢?

I think your application is invalid now since your parents are no longer green-card holders (but then I don't know if they change the regulation lately).

My uncle's father 申請 my uncle & aunt to imigrate to the US many years ago. But by the time my uncle got the mails from the former USCIS, his father had pass away. Their application couldn't go through and they imigrate to another country instead.

100% agree.
unfortunately, you are not under any of the cat. to migrate to US right now, if you wish to mirgate to US again. May have your sister to submit the application on her own again.

It may not be appropiate to complete the form and return, in fact, you should notice them that your parents are no longer the greencard holder.
