This is the one that I carried to HK and Australia trip. People felt that I was crazy bringing the chair out everyday, but it had saved our life for so many time already in HK.

by the way...believe it or not, even some high end restaurants in HK don't even have high chair offer.

becoz people don't expect you to go to high-end restaurants with babies in HK. or they all have their maids holding the babies for them.
so the point is - most HK parents have full-time maids to help them taking care of the kids.

maybe u can consider getting a small stroller or a portable booster seat (with seat belt; i saw my nieces used them in HK. i assumed they bought it in HK) to the restaurant.

same here, especially, I don't want Amanda to touch the table cloths, and any thing from the table.. She was the age to distory anything which she can reach... haha.

the fisher price one is the one I had too.. still at home... I love it because it is not heavy, and I can use it as a chair / high chair anywhere..

Well.. I saw another mom, from Canada was using in at Tai Cool shing--- forgot how to spell it.
we met them at Toyrsus/babiesrus, both of us have same age baby girl... haha and we had afternoon tea together... that cafe staffs were asking us where we got that high chairs..
No matter how mess she made, we can easier clean up the tray with the baby wipes.

Let me update.

My baby had low fever once, and had running nose for some time.

My hubby had running nose.

I had running nose. I am normally a very healthy person, but I had to take medicine piriton for 2 nights in order not to ruin my vacation.

Probably HK's air is too bad.
