I just placed order from 3. 24-mth contract with 18mth unlimited data at $295/mth. Prepay $2400 (to be deducted from monthly charge of $133) and mobile fee of $2280. I need to pay $295-$133 per month as service charge. However, the sales told me the mobile should be available tonight but he called me only available tomorrow. I feel very disappointed and wondered if he did something wrong. I already paid $4680 ($2400 and $2280)
I joint this plan. However, my new number is not yet activated. Sales promised it can be used yesterday but I still can't use it up till now. Argued with the hotline staff up till 1am this morning. I feel very disappointed and angry about "3". I need to follow up the matter with sales or other "3" staff today.
