Advantages:
- Cheap. Cheaper than the competitors.
- After confirmed the quotation, on the day they picked up my cantons, I additionally added quite a lot 散件行李. They packed and took away it, but haven't charged me a dollar!
- Reasonable to fast shipment. 30 days from HK to Adelaide. (but already delay from what they said 23-26 days).
- After I paid a lump sum in Hong Kong, I haven't received any extra receipts meaning I needn't pay anything additionally.
- Both service manners of HK and Oz offices are quite good. They are nice, especially the guys in Oz。
- They provided me an extra service which helped me a lot. But they haven't charged me for that.
- Thick canton. 係三層的牙通紙。
Disadvantages:
- Big late! 兩次收貨都遲大到. How late? Counting on hours.
- Twelve pieces of my plates were broken. Luckily they are not expensive items. I am not sure if I haven't packed them properly. And some of my home appliances 撞「粒」。
- When I received my stuff in Oz, what I expect was a "truck" unloading my cantons. Yet what I saw was a "4WD with a trailer" filling up all my stuffs. Looked interesting. Don't expect very professional removal.
- As mentioned above, don't expect very professional unloading service. No matter what you marked on your cantons, whether you want to put them in the master room, kitchen or garage, they just put them all in your living room! And I remembered they 打橫抬我部電視﹗
- I have to follow through and check up all the processes to avoid any errors.
Overall:
Despite some disadvantages, overall I satisfied with they service. I would give them 3.5 stars out of 5. The greatest things are 1) Cheap, 2) I successfully received all my stuff without big errors, 3) no extra cost (And thanks God the Custom haven't charged me).

No. I have brought along plenty of my favourite toothpaste, toothbrushes and shower gel. They are all new. But the custom hasn't checked and even billed me.
In filling in the Declaring Form, it required me to state any appliances new or used less than 12 months. I wrote somethings like microwave, printer but they don't charge me.
The shippment company said, what the custom focuses are those new "business" items in bulk quantity. If those are household items for your own use it's often ok.

Oh is it they didn't check your personal household items? I am also thinking of bringing lots of shower gels, TEMPO tissues and other stuffs but the shipping company told me that I should bring too much as it is not justify for a family....also there is a risk of spilling the shower gels although they are new...so don't know what I should get.
I bought a lot of towels though because they are expensive in Australia.
I have crazily brought many tempo, toilet rolls, tooth brush, shampoo and shower gel, just bcoz they are my favourite items, and 執執下箱緊有空位唔知放乜，咁我就"slip" toilet rolls and tempo.
All my shower gels and shampoo are in good conditions when I received. But one of my washing powder was broken, obviously was cut by a cutter which should be made when the custom checked my canton.
Hi, finally they came and packed everything today. Only took them 6 hours to pack everything for me! Very fast and professional. I did buy some more shower gels, tooth brushes, tooth paste and tempo but not toilet roll. I didn't know that I will have so many stuffs!
I choose the company that you share with me, I'm planning my shipment in beginning of Jan. I agreed the staff attitude is good so far, hope everything go smoothly.
