my yan yan shows no respond to my request on house work. Surely she hears what i have said, then she will do what i asked her to but give no verbal respond whatsoever. It drives me mad sometimes. My friends' BunBun reply "yes mum" to her when she received an order but my yanyan fails to give any respond. I have told her many time to give respond and it doesnt help. She has been worked for me for nearly a year now. Frustrated on keeping tell her this and that. Sometimes dont want to have a maid at home, i'd prefer to do thing by myself.
tell her to respond to your request, otherwise, you will need her to write your request on a piece on paper to make sure she hear you and understand.
or you have to contact your agent, see whether the interpreter could help to translate your message in case your maid really not understand what you mean in the past year.
She is capable to do what i asked her to. But sometimes when she is in the kitchen and i called her from the sitting room, she received the message and do the task i asked her to , but she will not make a respond to me. She gives me an impression that she doesnt like to do the job i ased her to . I started to ask her: Is that Ok everytime when she gives me no repond. I have just told her again this afternoon rather seriously that it is vital to respond to a request. I have told her that even i need to respond nicely to people when i am at work. Hope she will improve. Training small thing like this takes ages, that's why i am very fed up with them.
