I have interviewed several Bun Buns who are still in HK and I have picked one for myself already. There are 2 more who want to leave their current employers and another 2 referred by my current part time maids. If you are interested, pls PM me. Bun Bun 1: 45 y.o. married with 3 teenager children. Been in HK for 12 years. Can take care of new born. Can cook (I have asked her to cook one meal for me, reasonable quality). Reasons for wanting to leave her current employer: She has to work from 7am to 11 pm Mon to Sats, and Sunday mornings (no extra pay). Employer provides HK$300 food allowance but no other food. Reason I did not pick her: she cannot provide previous 4 employers' phone # for me to check reference.
Bun Bun 2: 25 y.o. married with 3 young kids. Been in HK for 2 years. Can take care of new born. Reason for leaving current employer: they are emigrating. This Bun Bun is referred by a reliable Bun Bun of my friend. Reason did not pick her: too young for me.
Bun Bun 3 and 4: 46 - 47 y.o. They are both in the Philippines never been to HK. They are sister-in-laws of my part time maid. Both are married with grown up children.
I will be releasing my part time maid in March if my Bun Bun arrives. PM me if you are interested as well. HK$50/hr.
I will not consider old Bun Bun who works in HK before, never trust them to be a good and reliable bun. As time goes by their real faces ill come to surface and the employers are the one to suffer.
