Just found that my milk bottle steamer was broken (with cracks at the inner bottom plastic part, near the metal plate), water leaked from the bottom edge. It can still work. But will it cause electric shocks? Sogo, seiyu, Jusco....sales are all just over:-( , where should I go to buy a new one with cheaper price?

Mine is DBK. I used for 3 months, but it is 2nd hand. My friend gave it to me. I'm not sure how long she used it, because she has 2, 1 in her home, 1 in her mother's home, and her son is now 4 years old.
