我都有懷疑我工人放假食煙呀!佢每次放完假返來都好勁煙味, d衫洗完d味都仲o係度架!我問過佢好多次, 佢都話冇, 佢話佢好多朋友都食, 佢都有試過食, 但佢氣管敏感唔食得, 我就唔信佢了, 但又真係冇証據, 所以咪冇理lu!
唉, 而家d工人真係好差, 好似唔識諗野咁, 要好似教女咁教佢, 但又唔係太聽話...

well, since her contract will be ended in Sept.. of course don't 炒佢 &賠俾佢 unless the problem can't be resolved la.

since she hasn't yet been discovered by you that she's been smoking at home.. so, try to "pretent" you trust her only smoke on Sunday la... and tell her in a worry and a "mother" tone that you concern about the health of baby and tell her please don't smoke at home ar.. else you will be very sad. And try to say so far she and your family have a good relationship and since she already said she won't renew the contract .. so she will be leaving in Sept la... let's keep the good relationship till then.. don't ruin it la.

I think better don't use the "hard" way... try to use the "soft" way and see if she will take it more easily la.

唉,我今日又係發現我個工人食煙,仲要係工作時間係屋企個廁所食...唉,我好嬲,佢都認左,我同佢講,你放假出去食你嘅事,我唔理你,但你一定唔可以係我屋企食煙,因為你要照顧BB,如果再比我發現,我就唔要你架啦!跟住佢同我講對唔住!我唔用強硬嘅態度同佢講,怕佢對BB不利,始終我唔可以而家即炒佢,但我會搵定新工人!

同意 eshiro所講, 仲要講到你都好關心佢的健康, 食煙對佢身體唔好,.
