Hi ukmum,

我上次返香港買咗幾罐 "日本Kawai 肝油鈣片", 家姐話對亞囡好, 亞囡好鍾意食, 味道好似軟糖, 諗住食晒叫屋企人再寄來. 而在英國有一隻叫 Seven sea 的漁油, 幾年前唔記得有什麼東西要回收, 所以無買比亞囡食.

but Kawai is 肝油, not fish oil wor, they are different ! anyway, i agree that Kawai is good for children, my son used to eat very little and of course very slim, then when we went back to Hk , i bought Kawai for him to try, after a few months, he ate a lot more and became healthier. now, he eats very well and he is strong and healthy!

eyeQ baby is for 6 months to 2 years old
I didn't try other brand but I think it is good
I also buy from Boots 3 for 2, when you have coupons and double points (or even more), can save up £££

我見 babykingdom 話吃了fish oil 會比較 pay concentrate to learn 同個人會比較安靜 (如有over active的bb). 唔好意思, 我想問你囡囡之前吃了, 有沒有什麼轉變? 如果好, 我都想亞囡試吃, 因佢好鬼 active, 唔知對佢有冇用呢!

I just heard people said fish oil help brain development & being more concentration
I didn't find my girl changed but she is still being active, i think it's ok. The nurse in HK and UK also told me it's a gd aspect, in case they are quiet down, then you must worry la.
How active is your girl & how old is she ?

Sorry for my late reply. My friend came to visit me for two weeks, so I don't have enough time to go online.

You daughter seems nearly the same age as my daughter. My daughter is 2 years and 7 months old now. I think she is a bit active. For example, she likes talking most of her time, jumping on beds (just like jumping on a trampoline) and running in the house etc.. Just like an untied monkey, although she is not really an overactive child. My friend said she's not that trouble when compared with her relative's child.

BTW, I may get her some fish oil later and see if it's something good for her.

I can't find such products in UK. I can only find them for sales through ebay, but the price is around HK$3xx including postage per can. So, I think it's so expensive as it's only costs around HK$12x to 13x per can in Hong Kong now.

咁你教佢野時, 佢 concentration 好唔好?

我覺得我仔 (3歲半) so far 都唔錯呀, 如果你肯教佢野, 佢會好開心坐係度同你學野架, 反而大人都無佢咁好氣呀

教呀囡時, 佢都好"好學", 佢好長氣, 一定會問到識為止, 有時我睇緊電視, 佢拿住本書, 連續咁講比我聽每樣是什麼 (中文及英文), 我因為睇緊電視, 咁我答佢"係", 但佢唔會罷休, 一直要問到我重複講佢個答案, 跟住佢會每樣野講是什麼東西給我聽, 又要我重複佢個答案, 一本書完...又拿下一本, 有時都好煩..

佢有一樣野好, 就係 bring 佢出街, 佢好有興趣買書, 多過買零食. 所以, 屋企有好多本佢的書.
佢的缺點就係太好動, 跳上跳落, 跑來跑去, 同埋以前佢細時比佢睇 "Cbeebies", 佢宜家成日要睇, 若果冇得睇, 佢就發脾氣, 希望佢明年入學後有所改善啦!

Just wondering my daughter 16 months I used to give her Abidec multi Vit. can I give her eye Q as well? Is the eye Q really help?
