Responsibilities

Design andimplementation of Microsoft Windows infrastructure and Vmware

Perform daily routine system operation and serverbackup/recovery

Provide office support on all workstations, serversand network devices

Handle preventive hardware and software maintenance,perform system monitoring

Analyze and resolve computer problems and coordinatehardware/software solutions

Prepare system documentation

Requirements

Diploma in IT orequivalent discipline

3 years or above relevant IT workingexperience

Solid experience inMS platform including Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange Server

Familiar withnetworking product include switches, router, firewalls, network monitoringsystem, etc

Knowledge andexperience in Lotus Notes, AS400, database and ERP system is anadvantage

Good at providing technical support toin house users for using the systems

Responsible, selfmotivated, flexible and with detailed mind

Good command ofspoken and written English and Chinese

location : Kwun Tong . 5 days work , salary around HK16K
