I am writing to seek your kind assistance in locating my lost wedding ring, which is of huge commemorative value to me.

I think that I lost the ring on my visit to your organisation yesterday, possibly during the mountain visit where I might have dropped it accidentally.

I would be very grateful if I can be notified on (contact number and/or e-mail) when someone finds the ring and reports it to you.

如果係歐洲, 用上面jm最簡單最短的英文. 否則佢地睇唔明, 就會唔理你.
