"醫藥費應該由僱主付" Is it a must or just because most insurance cover the out-patient claims? I know some banks offer a cheaper insurance package which just covers very serious accident (death, permanent disablement) under labour law requirement only.
Even some full-time employees in HK have no out-patient claims for flu or coughing (at least I know some friends who don't have this benefit).
Anybody know the legal repsonsibility of employer for domestic helper in this reqard? Please advise.
