i m taking 'more milk plus' and 'goat's rue' together...personally think milk volume has not increase that much. But flow rate has increased and milk is richer. They are quite expensive though. Those herbal teabags doesnt work for me(maybe I drink too little) Generally i m happy with 'more milk plus'
