opt. 1 : by COURIER A - HKD60 (first 15kg: $60, $5/kg thereafter)
opt. 2 : by COURIER B - HKD58 (first 5kg: $42, $2/kg thereafter)
Please select which one of courier will be used, THANKS!

REPLY EMAIL
Putting "approve" cannot skip the basic you should do. You should
(1) state the options 1... 2...
(2) write down your postion, "I suggest ..." plus your justification "because ..."

請問各位，可以點回覆會最好呢？

1.有可能他想寸你,只是相差2元,你都好来问意见.(如果真的是相差2元的话.)
2. 一般来说,you need to state the details of the options, such as:
Pick up time, delivery time, any surcharge, your experience with this courier, etc.
Then, put your suggestion there.
That's it.

Dear Manager,

Regarding the XXX to be sent to AAAA, please find below the information of 2 local couriers for your consideration.

Courier A offers first 15kg $60 and $5/kg thereafter while Courier B offers first 5kg $42 and $2/kg thereafter.

As the rate of Courier B is generally lower and more flexible, I would recommend to employ Courier B for the delivery.

Please let me know if this is agreeable to you so that I can proceed the necessary arrangement.

唔係可能佢想寸我，而係佢有心要玩我。
所以我想問下有冇人可以幫幫手，睇下點答佢先唔洗比佢再寸。
