我上 cx holiday 訂 package, 有以下問題想問, 有冇人可以幫幫手?

1) 咁我兩大兩細 (5.5 & 3.5), 但我入人數&房間數量, 佢要我入兩間房, 係咪冇我只要一間? 咁我咪要多出一間房出來囉, right?

2) 我其實係訂 CNY 衫三出發, 我見好多 travel agent 都話機位好 full, 但 cx holiday 又俾我撰哂酒店, 又 flight no. 有 1st & 2nd choice, 又入 visa info., 最後一 step 係"提交", 咁係咪等於我買咗個 package, 要等佢覆有冇位, 冇位, 咁我又俾哂 visa info. 咁我咪要俾 package 錢再等 peak season 後自己搵時間去, 係咪咁0架?

2.一confirm左就即係有位,未試過冇位喎!俾$$前已經選到航班,有航班即係有位啦!

(1) I'm not sure. Most hotel only accept 2 adults + 1 extra bed. But your children are so young, better contact CX holiday staff by phone and clarify.(2) If you book by internet, either (a) instant confirmation: you will have paid by credit card and all flights and hotels are confirmed in this option. Just wait for your hotel and flight vouchers. (b) Requesting: your credit card will not process payment, the email confirmation you get is that either the flights or hotels are being requested. After a few days, CX holiday staff might phone to ask you or you can chase them up by phone.
In any case, if you have confirmation from CX holidays, and have paid the full amount, everything is confirmed. Just pack your bags! Don't worry about what other travel agents say, CX holidays has its own seats on flights.

我都想經cx holiday 訂 package 去布吉,是不是會平過經AGENT?今次的澳洲之旅,在酒店方面,有點令我不快,已經不是第一次,所以暑假去布吉,我想自己BOOK.是不是上CX的網址就OK?可否POST條LINK上來.

The price per person (adulit or child) should included air ticket and hotel charges. So the price will be the same even you want only 1 room. For myself, 2 adult and 1 kid, I will book package for 2 adults in CX holiday and buy extra child ticket from other agent. This will be cheaper.

1) 首先不是間間酒店比住二大二細的, 但即使可以cx holiday 個蠢系統也不可以入二大二細, 所以你必須要call hotline 搞.

2) 怇D package 有D 可以即confirm 有冇位, 有D 要等佢覆. 如果要入 1st & 2nd choice 係要等佢覆的, 入晒visa 唔會扣你錢, 到confirm 才扣的, 但估計今天才book CNY的應該已full 了.

"I will book package for 2 adults in CX holiday and buy extra child ticket from other agent. ", 原則上可以, 但如果旺季有可能full 晒而經agent買唔到張child ticket 或要比正價才買到, 那會更貴
