1. If there is a special reason that customer requests to early uplift the fixed deposits before maturity, customer must contact the customer service manager of the bank for application (this application cannot be processed directly through electronic channels).
2. Early uplifted fixed deposits before maturity will have no payable interest and will be charged with administrative fee. The specific amount of administrative fee shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion.
