If you have been practicing Yoga before you were pregnant, then that will be a good idea. Otherwise, you will hurt yourself more than you help yourself.

Swimming and walking are the best. I have been swimming before I got pregnant and still doing it (on 27.5 weeks now). Will continue to do so till 38 weeks
