i also asked my maid to use shampoo(i bought some cheap ones) & dettol to wash the toilet and the sink...because those cleaners specially for toilets are usually contained toxicity....so i never buy those for my maid for cleaning...if my maid goes to another family in the future she may also follow my way....
but you can ask your maid for the reason first, if she just did it for her convenience, then of couse you should give her penalty....
i'm never hire bunbun worked at hk as before, even finished contract. they are too smart, know all the bad / cheeky things.
they like to tell lie, if they did something wrong, only "i don't know" or "not me".
