If we are doing IVF and PGD in Hong Kong, PGD can test the gender of the embryo as well. Will the doctor allow you to know the details of the PGD report and allow you to choose a certain embryo to transfer?
I don't think so
Usually the lab will do the test and the result will only send to your doctor and say if the embryo is normal or not.
Also, by HK law, i assume even the doctor knows the gender, they are not allow to tell you whther is boy/girl. i think it's against the law by doing it.
