你小朋友機大？我果時未生。

我問如果佢一個人系屋企肚痛要去廁所，甘佢會點做。

一個話吾去廁所等我地返（out左出局）
第二個話放bb車帶入廁所
第三個話放bb床，半關廁所門一路唱歌俾bb聽等佢知道佢系度。同埋盡快finish business。

hmmm but she is what other mom refer to as -
the 'old seafood'

When we first called her, she asked if my husband needs to wear suits and shirts to work. Cos she is not good in ironing. Hahaha I think a lot of mom here will say she is 巴之閉。but I like that she is 明刀明槍。and set the expectation right.

Oh. The reason why the first one was out.. Not just cos her answer was nonsense... (how can u wait that long when you really need to go toilet???) but also she just kept looking at my husband and cover 1/2 mouth and laugh (giggle).

Of cos she is out!!!

通常佢會call me immediately and tell me the temperature. If I didn't pick up the call. She will SMS me to tell me the temperature. If it is 38.5 n below she will monitor every 1 hr and try to cool baby down. If higher, the last time wat she did was she packed the bag and got herself n baby ready so we can go to doc together immediately when I rush home (she also fed baby 1 dose of the fever medication first).

And she normally also checks the poo, and pays extra attention to baby... And tell me the condition and all so I can tell doctor

問d醫護同日常d既問題可以睇到佢有無common sense同真系有無經驗，有無心做。

我重有問題如果小朋友真系好吾舒服但佢有要煮飯甘點。

我請果個佢答＂如果我真系放吾底bb，甘我會老實打俾你問當日可吾可以吾煮飯。＂

No need to teach at all. Everything
自動波。but also a lot of things she has her way of doing (experience mah!) Apart from taking care and teaching baby I make sure she follows our way, other things like cleaning and all.. I don't care how she does it, as long as it is done :)

我個小朋友今年10月5歲,所以照顧BB既經驗,可以唔洗!
但要有照顧小朋友既經驗,我最擔心系佢唔識煮飯...

你之前果2個衰D咩呀??等我有心理準備都好呀!

oh, 我有問佢識吾識點煮番茄炒蛋。

haha 因為我特別中意食

我捻你問d吾係甘standard既問題, 問d小朋友醫護同日常d既問題,會了解佢多d

e.g. if kid suddenly 呕/ 肚屙，what will she do?
if kid asked for 零食 when you are not around, what will she do?

因為
1. agency 可能無standard answer俾佢
2. 你可以睇到佢會吾會自己捻野, problem solve
3. 可以睇到佢態度，

我interview 左3個，
頭兩個

1. 9吾搭8，問佢如果自己照顧bb但急要去廁所甘點。佢話won't go, wait till you come home. 我覺得佢吾make sense. 佢only隨便講d佢覺得我地想听既答案俾我，仲有佢係甘對住我老公掩住半邊嘴笑。 so 即刻out!

2. 其實都ok. 不過對比我最後請果個佢無甘smart。 so請左第三個

Ask the work experience of the maid, such as -

What kind of jobs she has performed for the last employer?
What kind of food she will prepare for cooking?
How would she deal with your child when crying?
Has she borrowed money or lent money to friends?
What is her financial plan?

我工人主力負責照顧三隻貓大爺 !!!

我都鍾意食中菜!我囡囡佢會返學,所以佢返黎有冇野食好重要架麻!
我覺得佢最起碼要識帶我囡返學放學,買餱同煮飯...

朋友叫我問下佢識煮D咩?佢答左就問佢步驟!
我地心中知道佢識定唔識呀麻!

agency話有D工人佢地唔識表達,只識煮...
搞到我都15/16!我想照問.
