I'm a beginner too, same as tammygirl just would like to take photos for childrens who just 1-3 years old (keep moving & running...)

Budget around HKD10,000, any suggestion?

d3000 係冇機身馬達, 不過 nikon 已經出左好多有鏡身馬達o既鏡頭俾用家揀, 大光圈鏡已經有一支 35/1.8... 配 aps-c 機o岩o岩好.

nikon 一大優勢係 flash system 同唔使用上 L 鏡頭先有好質數, o岩o岩先同個用 450d 朋友傾完... 佢問我好唔好襯未入咁多 canon 鏡之前轉過黎用 nikon 喎... 因為仍覺得佢哥哥部 nikon d70 出黎d相準d.....

樓主可以考慮下啦...

一張好的作品，需要有好的內容，好的構思、好的規劃，最重要的是觀察力、有人文藝術涵養以及感性知性的心。當然，相機隨身帶著。

Budget $10,000, suggest to buy D90 with Kit lens,
around 9,000 + flash SB-600 ($2,xxx) or 50/1.8 ($8xx-$900?) prime lens

10K 的BUDGET, 以 Nikon 來計, 都有幾個組合

組合 1 : Nikon D3000 + Tamron 17-50 f2.8 VC + Nikon 55-250VR
$3,400 + $4,000 + $1,700

優點 : 機身輕巧, TAMRON 支鏡有防手震, 畫質好
55-250 又有長焦距鏡頭用

組合 2 : Nikon D3000 + Tamron 17-50 f2.8 + Nikon 55-250VR + SB600
$3,400 + $2,700 + $1,700 + $2,000
同 1 的差不多, 係支17-50 少左防震, 不過可以入多支外置閃光燈

組合 3 : Nikon D90 + KIT (18-105VR) + AF50mm f1.8
KIT SET 賣$8,500 左右 (中環世界攝影平D) + $800
支kit 真係幾好, 又有防震, 就係唔係恆定大光圈
支50mm f1.8 可以用來影淺景深, 平靚正鏡頭一支

組合 4 : Nikon D90 + Tamron 17-50 f2.8 + AF 50mm f1.8
$6,400 + $2,700 + $800
同 3 差不多, 不過支鏡係恆定大光圈

買咗部 canon power shot SX 200 IS,
$3580 豐澤買, 而家都係學緊 ! 佢 D function
都幾多架 !

hi simar & chloepapa thanks for yours suggestions...actually I still thinking of it, cuz most of my colleagues recommend me to buy a 7D instead. they said 500D / D90 are good enough for a begginer however soon I'll feel that is not enough, so they suggest I spent more at the begining to buy a better one...what do you think? any package could suggest to me? actually budget at around HKD20,000 is ok for me, just dont want to waste money...

I would say, 7D is really for advance user, who do have basic understanding of photo taking. So they take away the different modes but the P, Tv, AV, and M. If you do not have a basic understanding of the correlationship among 快門, 光圈, iso, etc.... You may get a hard time in some situation to get a good picture.

Both Cholepapa & myself used Canon and Nikon. To avoid fight between branding, I would just stay the fact to you that both of use keep to use Nikon now.
