生左ｂ之後，我愈來愈唔理自己身世，　亦唔係好駛錢係自己度（生活迫人:cry:．．．）。返工著衫好求其．．．尋日同個同事傾開，佢以為我同老細作對（叫我地著好ｄ　ｗｏｒ）先咁 :-( :-( :-(

我個肚腩減唔到，以前ｄ衫大部份都唔著得，又唔捨得買新衫．．．今日的起心肝去左買衫！！

don't be upset.. I also got a dummy, that's not easy to erase it as we have child!! what we can do.. don't give up, don't give yourself an excuse.. like I was married, I'm a mom.. no need to 努力美容... keep fit.. we do these not for honey.. just for ourselves!

我覺得唔係肥０既問題，係個肚皮鬆左 :-( :-( 我算係望落去瘦果ｄ人，不過就有個幾覺０既肚腩

加上我又諗住再大肚，所以真係的唔起心肝．．．

至於少左打扮，我覺得７０％真係因為經濟問題＋生活０既ｆｏｃｕｓ唔同左．．．屋企開支太大，真係要慳ｄ駛，變得唔想駛錢（尤其係自己度），同埋唔再咁注重外表，生活簡簡單單就得．．．

Hi, morning... this morning can't go for yoga.. cos heib woke up at 6am. now I'm in the office lu.

try to do sit-up everynight... a bit useful. Now I keep to use Alqvimia Body Scupltor for my tummy, a bit firmer than before.

re : clothes
no need to buy the expensive, I also bought the cheaper clothes.. also presentable!
