I didn't have any problems with this shop war! David even talked to me 4 times to discuss in details my requirements. He also advised me that if I chose design that used 糖漿, the weight of 糖漿 was heavier than the usual cream, and hence the overall size of the cake would definitely reduced, and the taste of 糖漿 was not as good as the usual cream.
I think this shop was not cheating, just that you needed to make more communication with him as he may not disclose the essential info volunteerily. e.g. the cake box size was way very big that he didn't remind me of this.
What's wrong with the delivery service? Their staff called me the day before and on the delivery date, total 2 times, to re-confirm the delivery. Pretty good war!
My cake was just brilliant, it was a train theme cake. David added extra thing, out of my expectation, to make it even much better look. Most of my guests loved the design and the taste ah!
