i have done some research on this..
when you are young, the ability to "recover" yourself during sleep is stronger. (something to do with 黑激素 in your brain)

when you are older, the 黑激素 become less, that's why old ppl don't sleep well and feel sleepy during the day.

that's why don't turn on light when sleep, 黑激素 is made when it's complete darkness.

Just asking jeh, maybe somewhere in Europe or America?! Or even HK, if I go to HK, I will prefer stay in a hotel as there are 4 people in the family, my mum's house can't squeeze in la.

I don't know ar, I didn't ask my friend about hotels. I don't want to look like take advantage from friends mah!

When I went on holidays in Europe, I just booked hotels online jar. But as my son is getting older, a lot of hotels may not accept 4 of us in one room. So getting more troublesome la!

which part of hk do you want to stay in? If it is around hunghom...I used to stay in a very basic serviced appt and I think it is quite good except no direct mtr or train connection. let me know if you're interested.
BTW, when are you going? sorry if i'm 8!

my c6 said no need to switch off your lap top after 5 hours wor?! He said inside every computer/lap top, there is a fan to cool down the computer/lap top. So no need to worry it will break down if it is too hot?! He said if need to switch off after 5 hours, how can people do work in office lei??!
