Talk to HR because some of the things she did already crossed the line.moreover,it is already an office harassment as long as you feel discomfort by her behavior. She needs professional help. I had a colleague who was similar,she would keep calling other colleagues even myself just to read her email --on a Saturday morning 6am HKT.She was in U.S.!she knew the time difference but she would do it to anyone anywhere even outside work hours.she was also very demanding and weird like miss A. I was her team mate so I tried to be nice but until she rang me at 6am on a Saturday just to \"make sure if I receive her email\" which is not even any important mail,I went mental!i complained to my manager and HR.then my manager told me few days before I reported that,there were few other director/VP-level big shots complained the same! She was issued with a warning letter then she did the same and she couldn\'t perform,she was let go after few months.
