where do u buy it? do i need to ask friends in UK to purchase it for me? if so, would u mind also advising the place in UK selling it. million thanks.

btw, my friend said the Creative kinder is gd in self-care training, chinese standard, displicine, etc. the kid will study in a v. happy env't. but u need to put some effort for the kid's english training.

classes in Aug-Oct should be full already.

but u can enrol the class in Oct-Dec in mid-Aug. u ve to register as a member first. according to the social worker giving the briefing last fri, many members complained about not being able to enrol the class in Aug-Oct, thus, they will no longer accept "simulataneous membership registration and course enrollment". they revise the policy to enrol members only.

hi jjtseung,

how's your baby learning thr DWE?

we r thinking if we should buy a new whole set. the sister in our church lent me part of her set. my husband whose having summer holiday reported that baby seems quite concentrated when he listens to the Sing Along. much more interested than other CDs like phonics kingdom,etc.

which set did u purchase? what activities, apart from playing the CDs, do u do w/ the baby during the day time?

enoch always seems to like the disney set more... i got him the baby enistein.. but seems like he doesn't like it as much as the disney one.....

but the disney one is soo expensive.. and I actually only want the video... the other materials seems too much for me

anyone know where I can get the video only??

i have DWE and ET, but i am still confused about whether to let bb to watch TV so early. I know the pros and cons of watching TV early. can anyone advice?

how's the "educational advisor's" advice?

personally, i won't let baby watch TV/video so early. probably after nine months i guess.

the edu. advisor said it is no harm to let bb watch tv for about 20 mins a day. but personally i don't quite agree on that.

maybe i should wait until bb is 1 year la!!

i think i got the fullset from my frd (let me go home and check check what i got). personally i think the cartoons are a bit old. even the children in the video, i think they should be in their 30th now. (i'm not age-discrimination ar!!)

i only play "the sing along" at this stage. i think the songs are fun and easy to follow. i usually dance and sing w/ bb when i play "Mother goose" songs. but not for DWE.

as some BK parents said, DWE and ET require less parents guidence. while montessori sets--hurray english and story boom boom needs more parents involvement.

Thanks a lot for your advice and introducing the advisor to us. My husband is so so so excited. The new set is much improved from the one currently borrowed from the sister in the church.

your husband's response is just like us when we looked at the demo for the very 1st time, so we bought it immediately

i'm now playing sing along 2 - bb is so happy when he's listening it

(i'm walking, walking, look at me...)

as the rhythm is so easy to follow, he seems like actually understand what is the song about and acts accordingly, so amusing!!!
