This is the reason I didn't go there. I wrote it is worth trying is that you are at the golden age for reduce weight.
Actually, you both are few years younger than me. At your age, I still put good $$$$ into different beauty shops. Of coarse, no use after all. Now, after mid 30, I suddenly find that I need to put more money into skincare and health(e.g. backbone problem).
Therefore, unless you can insist on eating healthy and exercise more(e.g. 1/2 to 1 hr per day), losing weight is always a dream. If it is your difficult part, you may need to consider the more efficient way, e.g. a reliable beauty shop or msl, etc. NOW, or you will need to allocate your money in other areas in later age la.

I started taking different kinds of slimming pills since I was 21. It did help to lose weight but side effect was terrible e.g. couldn't fall asleep, thirsty all the time, bad breath, etc.
When I was 30, I started to pay $xxx,xxx to join slimming treatment courses of different beauty centres. Once when you stopped, you gain weight easily.
I started to work out 3 years ago, I didn't push myself to lose weight but not to gain weight. Now I was 37 years old and I was 128 pounds with 165cm. When I was 25, my weight was 123 pounds but I had better body shape now. I eat whenever I want to during breakfast and lunch but I used to have egg white, vegetable or fruit for dinner for the past 2 weeks. I had not lose any weight yet but my body shape was slimmer. I cut the fruits/egg white into small piecesand eat with toothpick so it takes longer time to finish and you feel like you eat a lot but actually not. My friend did the same and she also felt the body shape was better even she had not yet lose any pounds.
