Checked okay, in fact the installer just use the old frame which an old Toshiba 7000BTU a/c was held, and never have the problem.
I think the problem is likely caused by water condensed not being able to drained away and the fan spread the water droplets (may be ice) to the cooled air.
Already done, the poor service Carrier distributor can only come on 23rd. If I can be sure that it is due to faulty product, I would ask for replacement from retailer instead!

The A/C is really cold enough, but you may notice the third photo that water is present inside the walls of the duct and on the exhaust air lever, so the water vapour is actually present in the cold air flowing out, but not from the warm air in the room. Also the droplets appears regardless of fan speed, and there is sound like the fan hitting ice.
