我囡囡兩班都試過, 每班都join過兩期

the little gym - 囡囡10個月大開始玩, 係訓練小朋友既大肌肉, 英文上堂, 開始時就會唱下歌仔, 然後就做下運動, 再之後會玩下器械, 學下行平衡木, 打下"根斗", , 然後又玩下波仔, 吹下bubble, 最後再唱歌仔結束, 但囡囡已經係成年前上, 所以形式轉咗都未定

ageplay - 囡囡上咗兩期, 佢地係每堂有一個主題, 而活動就會圍繞住這個主題, 開始點名, 用不同樂器唱歌, 然後講故事, 之後就會玩下遊戲, 叫小朋友行下路障, 玩fit ball, 自由活動, 做勞作, 再食茶點

個人認為ageplay多元化, 個miss有愛心, 而the little gym就每堂都學差唔多既野, 但訓練小朋友大肌肉係有一定既幫助, 我囡囡兩班都係咁鐘意上

不過, the little gym就比較貴, 又要入會, 計起上黎要成$200一堂 for1個鐘, 而且一俾就要俾成十幾堂錢; 而ageplay就$160 for 1個半鐘, 會比較平宜d!

My son joined the little gym for a term last summer, i thk it's very exspensive and it's not worthwhile, it's only 45 min class. i thk it's the same as u play with ur child in the playground, just running around and go up and down.

i suggest to join the gym class in YMCA, only cost $78 / class. my son join it in this summer, it's similar

其實我都覺得the little gym就比較貴, 但對於訓練小朋友大肌肉有幫助, 所以都要再想下:loveliness:
我想agaplay都ok, 不過要睇下個地址方唔方便:lol

gelgelshun...你話gym class in YMCA都幾好, 因為平

, 係咪係佢個www有information 架, 等我睇睇先

i don't know if they have information on the web, but i get the info. from YMCA (Tst).

' the little gym can 練小朋友大肌肉', i think it can be train from playing in playground. this is my experience. In little gym, some games like climbing up and down, walk on 平衡木, up the stair, going up and down the slope, going through the tunnel set ...i think these activities can be held at home or in playground

i think the little gym is gd, my son likes very much, but i thk it's not worthwhile, so i choose YMCA, it's cheaper. and the way of teaching is similar, singing songs, streching and then free playing time, until class finishes.
