剛去完回來,一個字 - "亂"! 如果仲未book的話,奉勸千祈唔好去住,我剛剛去完,昨天1:15船,2:20到碼頭,等咗半個鐘過關,再等30分鐘先上到shuttle bus,去到venetian已3點幾,跟住去排隊check-in,要等到差不多4點9先到我哋,我book咗兩間房,requested connecting room,只攞到一間既key,個staff話另一間仲未執好,要6:00後才可交房比我哋,好算,咁我哋就攞住一間房先,晚上11:00回去攞另一間房,點知佢話間房仲未執好,我哋當其時呆哂,繼而極力爭取,佢哋好努力先搵到同樓另一間房比我哋,同埋比我哋late check-out 至3pm。仲有,嗰度真係大到無倫,由reception行去lift lobby係要兜好耐先到.跟住講到個泳池, 要搭lift到5樓,然後行好遠再搭lift到一樓先到,仲要唔夠指示牌,攪到行過龍都唔知, 而家5個池只係開到3個,但唔好期望咁高,池既size好細,仲有好多沙泥, 如果已經book咗酒店的話,最好預早啲排定隊check-in,同埋樓下個reception應該會快過二樓嗰個counter,因為有一家人喺樓上個reception check-in,由3:30等到7點幾8點先攪好手續,好攞命,今次真係貼錢買難受,呢個故事教訓我便宜莫貪,同埋唔好咁心急去試新野.

講真.... 未 ready 都正路...

好多就算機場 , 狄士尼呢d大型機構,,,, 運作頭個輪都係混亂點... 預左喇.... 根本唔應該咁傻揀個d時間去做白老鼠

而佢個平價錢... 亦唔係要求booking 咁早既日子....
而新開一般實唔會全部開晒 , 而且唔夠 staff ... 又唔熟手..... 真係貼錢買難受....

所以我就訂了 26/12/07 ..... 都係 1088+15%..... 因為到聖誕距離現在都幾個月,,,,, 咩都 ready 喇..... 而且聖誕覺得d 房錢值d... 到時3星酒店都貴到死... 住5星威尼斯套房就超值...

我同太太研究過, 初初一定有好多o野未攪掂, 再加上發現聖誕假期都有優惠, 所以我o地一個月前(果陣開幕日都有房), 已經 book 定兩晚(Dec 26, 27), 一晚皇室套房：

($1,088), 一晚絲雅套房：

($1,888); 當然重要加埋 15% tax 啦 !!

Btw, 期望十二月酒店充滿聖誕氣氛, 到時見 !!

有冇人去o左威尼斯人na

我老公大嫂同99仲慘,2-3號住一晚,執唔切房,要佢地轉去置地(另一間舊嘅酒店),仲要排隊轉房, 唔排冇房,就可能冇得轉冇得住,再排隊check-in。坐船原來唔係免費,120元一位三分鐘。商店未有,食肆普通,地點隔涉,都係果句,貼錢買難受!

我就非常幸運，1/9/2007 大約一時澳門過關，只用了五分鐘，之後一時多到威尼斯counter check in，當時很少人，用了十五分鐘，登記後吃午飯，三時取匙。晚上巳訂好restaurant，所以不用排隊。
第二天可以late check out。酒店receiption 話1/9好多人投訴，所以自動免我房租。我一毫子也不用付在威尼斯過了一個開心，愉快的假期。

威尼斯人萬歲。

今日check過, d weekend package, 9月份都冇物房, 諗緊遲d去可能好d. 29/9-30/9我怕十一黃金週呀.

比你哋講到我宜家都想聖誕假去添, 請問宜家仲有冇咁平嘅優惠呀?

PK 威尼斯人, I will never been there anymore.

I spent 1 hour to queue the shuttle bus to the hotel and 3 hrs queuing at the check-in counter. But no record of my booking FXCK !

I had brought my 3.5 yrs old daughter to go there and spent whole day on queuing. Finally they sent us to Crown Hotel. I took the 3.15pm turbojet to Macau but had the room at 9.30pm. I must write a letter to complaint them

My family & I stayed one night there last Thur 30Aug. We arrived the Macau Pier at 2:45pm. There was a very long queue for the shuttle bus. We could spot that most of the passengers were without luggage (ie, they just targeted for gambling). We waited for around 20 mins before getting onto the shuttle bus (the frequency of the bus was acceptable).

When we arrived Venetian, there was a queue of over 50 people already. We didn’t checked-in at the main lobby coz we got off the shuttle bus at the other side of the hotel. The queue moved on extremely slow. My hubby stayed still the same position after I took a 20-min walk with my kid. The whole lobby was stuck with crowd. However, we could able to get the room in the next 20-min…coz we “chipped in”. My hubby spotted that the staff would escort the guests to either the reception or the concierge for check-in. As the concierge was at the other side, there wasn’t staff to monitor the queue. My hubby slipped to the end of the queue at the concierge (actually only 2-3 guests there) and told the receptionist that he was asked to wait there, with a firm tone. We saved at least 2-hour to get the room, hehe!

The guest room was grand and spacious with a full set of amenities (even with AV napkin). The only challenging point was that the King-sized bed was not as large as we expected (just liked a Queen-size bed). We collected almost all the amenities (3 ball pens, 2 stirlers, 2-pair cotton slippers, 2 post cards, etc).
My friend even told me it should have a doggy toy on the bed but I didn’t see it.

We visited the swimming pools after taking some pictures in the room. We walked for a very long way with no direction sign to reach the pools. The swimming pools would surely make every visitor disappointed. They were surrounded by sites, in small size and dirty. One of them looked like a fountain in the garden. However, every pool still “bathed” by lots of people.

It was around 5:30pm. We planned to have an early dinner outside. We saw a long queue again at the taxi point – over 50 people were waiting but with no taxis. Jesus Christ, we were trapped! We gave up and returned to the hotel unwillingly. At that time, we were exhausted. We just bought some expensive fast food from Food Court. The choice of food was also limit. Of course, we faced the long queues again.

We sent our kid to the room after dining. My hubby & I had a walk at the casino. As we don’t play gambling, we just spent 5-min for “sightseeing”. Then we walked around the shopping mall & returned to the room.
At mid-night, around 1:30am, we felt hungry & decided to order in-room service. Unfortunately, the line was jam. We tried a number of times in 15-min but in vain. We had no choice but gave up. We couldn’t imagine when the food would come even we could placed the order. Nightmare!

We check-out at 10.30am coz we wanna escape from this “huge monster” asap. To be fair, the speed of check-out service was good.

I would say that Venetian is not suitable for HK families at the moment as their family facilities are still being built. Esp for those like us, no gambling couple. You’ll find that you have nothing to do in the hotel. Actually, I believe the target of the hotel is mainland people not HK. Mainland people like gambling & shopping. I bet most of HK people won’t do shopping in a 5-Star Macau Hotel.

That’s my share and good luck to those who are visiting Venetian soon!
