I took my son to Taiwan and Thailand when he was a baby, luckily I had my mum to help me, I had to take them back to the hotel around 8-9pm everyday.
Since you are going to Australia at least you don't have to worry too much about hygen i.e dirty water. I would suggest you don't plan your schedule too tight.
How about food wise, do you have arrangements for your bb?
