At least have her to write a confirmation letter that she will come back after the vacation (the exact date), if after that date she will not back then as a mutual confirmation the contract is tereminated between two of you. No agrument and in lieu has to paid. On the other side, you should know that whether she really want to earn money then u know that she should be back after she worked for you for two years already.
