Our CE Mr. Tsang does not need to hire overseas domestic helper, therefore he does not care about the levy. Unless we can vote for our own CE and 'vote-out' those who do not listen to us, he will never listen to our opinion. Let's vote out those councillors (no matter district council or legislative council) who say we are not really for direct voting for CE and legislative councillors in 2012.
