我上網做簡單既assessnent,應該可以拎s pass,咁其實係咪一收到pass ,過到去租到地方就可以申請pr? 我小朋友好细,得2歲,過到去申請到pr先入學會唔會太遲?

唔批, 大有人在。所以一定要有plan B。唔好assume 一定批。

How much is your income?

Singapore government is very strict in approving PR status for foreigners these days.

Holding an S pass does not necessary guarantee you nor your kids a PR status.

Best for you to check out with ICA prior to migrating there.

I personally feel that our government prefers educated(uni grads at least) and white collars individuals.

Basically high flyers, and of course, those with substantial savings/income, especially if both applicants are not Singaporeans/pr.

They used to be more relaxed with issuing PR/Citizenship, however, am stricter these days.

You may nonetheless try applying for PR status, but don\'t keep your hopes high.

Alternatively, should you be able to secure a job in Singapore, you may try applying for PR after a year with the help of your employer.

Just that public education will be costlier for your kids and housing may be of a minor issue.

In a nutshell, I would say nothing is impossible, just try applying if you are really keen, but give yourself an alternative plan. ^^

Oh, on a side note, you may call up ICA ect, but they too will only give you ambiguous replies, all boils down to the decision of the issuing officer.
