My tour was canceled by both East... and 縱xx this Christmas.
Be careful when you pick up the returned cheque from 縱xx. They show me a receipt to sign . The receipt written that after I got the cheque I have to give up the right to claim. I complain. The staff gave me another receipt to sign without that sentence.
I refuse, just ask them to cross out that sentence, and chop near that sentence, and give me a copy of that receipt.
Their staff attitude is nice all along, but they are purposedfully cheating the clients.
