flight from Osaka cancelled due to typhoon , peach can only offer me a flight 3 days later!!!
Since can\'t wait, therefore paid extra more money to buy ticket from another airline which had flights leaving Osaka that day!!
My first time with peach, but never again!!!!!!!!!!!

That's always a risk taking the budget airline. Poor you!

Can you claim the insurance for the extra flight ticket?

Same case here

don\'t know we can claim the travel insurance or not.

My daughter and I took 15/7 to Osaka while my husband took 18/7 and his flight was cancelled due to typhoon no. 3.

This is the first time we took budget airline and it really a bad experience because it is completely no back up and support if anything happens

I don\'t know about other budget airline, but PEACH, never ever again!
All they did in Osaka are asking passengers to have refund!!!!!

咪就係！人地第二間又飛到，雖然都有delay！

班機原定12：30起飛，check in曬，喺閘口等到1點幾，先話取消左，我老公都奇怪唔見有機泊埋位！突然話取消，個個旅客都好徬徨，有d一家大細仲要係去到大阪再轉北海道等其他地方，我老公易攪d，一個人容易d搵到機位，最後坐左ANA, 原來15:20開，遲左2個鐘先起飛，我同亞女早幾日飛，當日都擔心爸爸飛唔飛到過來！

而家旅遊保，仲未confirm我地可以claim到賠償，話航空公司甚麼原因取消班機，會影響賠唔賠嘅決定，如果真係賠唔到，都有d失望同唔開心架，下次真係唔敢坐廉航！
