I totally understood your feeling, no one born to know look after baby, we need to learn step by step as well, baby learn to drink milk from u, learn to adapt new environment, u do need to learn to be a new mum. For yourself i suggest u seat back and relax, don't be too stressful otherwise influent of produce milk. Baby still young not drink much amount of milk, don't worry, I heard it from nurse newborn baby need walnut size of milk it's enough, don't rush give u're little one too much milk,try to feed skin to skin it help stimulate and produce more milk.
Baby feets and hands cold is normal, try to put gloves and stock on him /her la. Room tempature keep 26C it's good for baby,indoor not necessary wear too much cloths, too hot it's harmful to baby.Add oil ar, we all support u
