I also got similar problem as you do b4. And the only way it could be cure would be laser treatment.
I have tried C6 Q switch YAG laser which is the latest machine to remove my freckles. And I have just finished the treatment for 4 times, all my freckles has all gone already!!
And indeed the only way to remove hormone freckles would be laser as well.
