Hi, Face Education has replied me that they can form the English playgroup for us at their centre. www.faceeducation.com
Details as follows:-
Start date: End of April
Every Sat, 3:45- 4:45 pm
Teacher: Mexican American (Male)
Course fee: $600 per month
They prefer to form a small class rather than big class.
So 5 babies will be enough to form a class.
I plan to visit their venue on this Sat. Please let me know if any of u is interested to join viewing the venue.
It is very likely for me to join 幼潛again in May. Therefore, 2 schedules will crash. Actually, I'm looking for playgroup between Feb and Apr.
In the "Nursery Talk" in the Education Forum, some moms have given very good comments on the playgroups run by Queen's Education. It seems that if we form our own group and we provide the venue, Queen's Education can provide the tutor. Anyway, I have asked for the contact of Queen's Education for further information. I will keep you updated in this post.
By the way, the fee (quoted by BK mama) is HK$100 per hour. I think that is reasonable.
Actually I will also attend 幼潛, yesterday I attended the briefing and got to know that our class will be postponed, so will only finish in early May. To some of babies haven't enrolled any playgroup, it might be too late. If any mother want to start the playgroup earlier, e.g. Feb, I can check with FACE for the venue availabilty. QQ ma, pls provide further information on Queeen's Education.
I have joined the playgroup in Tin Hau named "Baby Buddies" , so is it possible to ask them to form playgroup on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at 2.00 to 3.30 or Sunday afternoon. And also is it possible for us to ask them to let us have a trial lesson first.
The venue of Face Education is ok, very new but they won't open on Sunday.
I am in discussion with Mirror about the possible playgroup on Sunday as most of us will attend the playground on Sat. already. Will keep you informed.

Course fee: HK$120 per lesson including 租场费
We would like to start on 24 Feb. Since some of us are not available on 2 March & 23 March will be Easter holiday. So the first 4 lessons will be on (24 Feb, 9 March, 16 March & 6 April)
Venue: 逸意居会所
Time: 11:15 am - 12:30 pm (Sun)
