Can we feed our baby egg white/egg yolk now?

I thought we can only start after bb is 1 yo, and should start with egg yolk. But today, the nurse (from doctor clinic) told me to start with egg white and can start now (11 mths)...

Luk Luk eats the yolk from 9M. After one years old, he can eat the white part of egg.

I start giving my baby egg white.....but only 1/8....I will increase the amount slowly

好開心，今日餵Brandon食咗1/4個蒸水蛋，無事呀！當然要試多兩日啦，咁開心係因為早兩個月同佢試食蛋黃敏感，好擔心佢唔食得蛋，早兩個星期同佢再試蛋黃已無事，而家蛋白似乎都ok，好開心呀！
