我有一件野賣比一個美國買家, 佢要用 paypal, 我諗住開一個 paypal account, 有以下問題 -

1. 我只打算開一個personal a/c 去 receive payment, 請問如果唔比credit card info, 可唔可以 withdraw money 去香港銀行? 同埋會唔會有限制一定時限內不能 withdraw 錢? 我個account 個status 係 unverified.

2. Receive payment 時 paypal 係唔係會扣起一部份錢? (即 buyer 比 us$150, 我究竟收唔收得足 us$150?) 如果要扣錢, 扣多少?

3. 如果我要佢比港紙, receive payment 時係唔係一樣要扣錢? 我點樣知道買家係用 credit card 定係 佢 paypal account 的錢?

4. 如果我receive 美金而我跟住 withdraw 錢, 係唔係一定要入落港元戶口, 可唔可以入落美金戶口以避免價損失?

5. 如果我receive 港元而我跟住 withdraw 錢, 係唔係withdraw多個一千元就唔駛比 withdraw charge? return fee $40 係甚麼?

6. 簡單d 講, 如果佢比us$150, 我最後可以係香港銀行withdraw到幾多錢? 如果要佢比hk$1200, 我最後又可以withdraw 到幾多?

7. 當我 accept 買家 payment 後, 佢係唔係有機會係paypal 到 chargeback 我, 令我withdraw唔到錢? 有冇方法避免?

老實講，你賣得野去外國就一定要豁出去，你咁多擔心係唔適宜用eBay賣野去外國，你要忘記咩叫公平，要預左蝕，預左eBay同Paypal抽你好多水，亦要預左有風險，愈玩得耐，你就會愈慶，一定會，睇唔開，就唔好玩啦~

I agreed with you that there are risks for seller, but a fair play is necessary for both sides.

As for my case, after considering the possible charges from paypal, I asked the buyer to pay me HK dollar instead. And maybe due to the fact that my a/c is only a personal a/c and the buyer is paying with his balance, no charge is levied on me and I have successfully withdrawn the money to bank in HK. Also no charge is levied on me by the bank.
