Have you tried testing your body temperature to monitor the ovulation date? It's very useful especially for non-regulare m-cycle....for the testing, it is more accurate only when you're ten days late for the cycle, so you better check with a doctor in a few days if it has not come yet. During this time, try to avoid eating any 涼嘢 for just in case you are bingo....
